Ashlee M. Kim
Studio Director / Pilates Teacher
I first stumbled upon Pilates in 2010, right after having my child. My posture was a mess, my body felt stuck in a rut, and nothing seemed to help. But then, I took my first Pilates class—and I was hooked! The more I practiced, the stronger I felt, both physically and mentally. That’s when I realized: I wanted to be the one helping others feel this amazing.
I got certified through Merrithew’s STOTT Pilates in Toronto, and I’ve been teaching ever since—14 years and counting! Over the years, I’ve also dived into studying fascial release techniques and nutrition to better support my clients. I started with contemporary Pilates, but soon fell in love with the classic approach. I’m still learning, still growing, and still taking lessons from incredible instructors to keep leveling up.
My goal? To help people discover just how much their bodies can do. There's nothing like the thrill of pushing boundaries and feeling yourself improve—and I want everyone to experience that joy. Because when you realize your potential, it’s not just your body that gets stronger—your whole life gets better.
