Avery Y. Jin

Pilates Teacher

I first noticed my posture slipping while working long hours, which is what led me to discover Pilates. Watching my body transform, I couldn’t help but fall in love with it. By 2019, I was officially certified as an instructor. I started teaching group and private classes in Korea, but my curiosity and passion for learning brought me all the way to Canada.

With a beauty license and experience in body contouring, I also picked up skills in skin and myofascial massage techniques—great news for my clients, as these techniques help release muscle tension during workouts, making each session even more effective. I’m always learning, always working hard to help my clients hit their goals. My hope is that through our sessions, they’ll not only become healthier but also find joy, confidence, and a sense of balance in their lives.

In the end, it’s about feeling good—inside and out!
