Sally Y. Park
Pilates Teacher
Movement has been part of my life from a young age. I trained in ballet and played soccer for many years, continuing into adulthood at a professional level. With long-term athletic training came frequent injuries and repeated rehabilitation, which naturally led me to develop a deep interest in how the body moves, heals, and recovers.
I was introduced to Pilates through private sessions while also doing weight training, but Pilates felt different. It helped me feel more balanced, connected, and mentally healthier. That experience inspired me to want to share the joy and benefits of movement with others.
As an instructor, I value enjoyment above all. I understand how challenging it can be to move when the body feels tired or overwhelmed, so I focus on creating sessions that feel supportive, positive, and worthwhile. My goal is for every client to leave feeling glad they showed up.
I continue to learn and grow as an instructor, with the aim of becoming someone my clients can truly trust and feel satisfied learning from.
