Yujeong Jang

Pilates Teacher

I kicked off my Pilates journey in 2019, fueled by a lifelong love for fitness and the need to tackle the physical challenges I faced after graduation. Early on in my career, my busy lifestyle and a few not-so-great habits caught up with me, leading to aches and pains in my knees, shoulders, neck, and lower back. Desperate to fix my posture, I tried all sorts of exercises, but it wasn’t until I found Pilates that I felt like I hit the jackpot.

Unlike other workouts, Pilates made me see just how much my body had gone downhill and how tough it was to wake up those deep muscles that were long asleep. It was a real eye-opener, sparking a passion for Pilates and its power to heal and strengthen the body. My own transformation inspired me to help others in the same boat, guiding them towards not just physical, but also emotional wellness through Pilates.

As an instructor, I’ve learned that while physical recovery is key, emotional healing is just as vital for many of my clients.

My mission? To create a class experience that’s more than just a workout—a place where you can escape the stresses of daily life, improve your health, and find your balance. In my classes, you’ll find a supportive space to feel better, move better, and be better.
